WeePrep Summer Tech & AI Classes 2026

No. Beginners are genuinely welcome. Learners are grouped by age and stage so everyone can take part with confidence.

All classes are physical and hold at the WeePrep learning centre, Plot 269 Muhammadu Buhari Way, Central Business District, Abuja.

Early-bird registration closes 31 July 2026. Parent and learner orientation is on 1 August 2026, classes run 3–28 August 2026, and the final project showcase is on 29 August 2026.

Classes run Monday to Friday. Track 1 (ages 6–8): 9:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Track 2 (ages 9–12): 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Track 3 (ages 9–12): 1:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m. Track 4 (ages 13–17): 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

Track 1 serves ages 6–8, Tracks 2 and 3 serve ages 9–12, and Track 4 serves ages 13–17. Learners join the track that fits their age and stage.

Learners are encouraged to bring a suitable laptop where available. A limited number of WeePrep laptops may be allocated for use during class at no additional cost. A laptop request must be made during registration and is subject to confirmation and availability. WeePrep laptops remain on the premises and may not be taken home.

Yes. Learners receive a WeePrep Certificate of Completion after attending at least 80% of scheduled classes, completing the required core activities and submitting or presenting their final project.

The fee includes age-appropriate tuition, supervised practical learning sessions, use of approved learning software during class, guided project development, learner progress feedback, participation in the final project showcase, and a WeePrep certificate for learners who meet the completion requirements. It does not include transportation, meals or a personal laptop.

After you submit the registration form you receive a registration reference. WeePrep Admissions then contacts you with availability and official payment instructions. A place becomes confirmed once the required payment has been received and WeePrep has issued an official confirmation. Always request an official receipt, and do not make payment to an unauthorised personal account.

Parents receive key programme notices, attendance concerns and important progress updates through the contact information supplied during registration. The final showcase gives families the chance to see and celebrate what learners have built.

Arrival and departure are supervised, with sign-in and sign-out, and learners are released only to authorised persons. Classes are age-appropriate, internet use is controlled and guided, and learners are taught cyber-safety and responsible AI use. Parents are contacted whenever a concern arises.

Cancellation at least seven calendar days before classes begin: full refund. Between three and six days before: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before classes begin, or after the programme has started: fees are generally non-refundable. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for a transfer, credit or partial refund. If WeePrep cancels a programme or track, you may choose a full refund or an approved transfer. On 29 August 2026, learners present the projects they have built to families and invited guests — a celebration of what they have created during the programme.

Learners should arrive at least 15 minutes before their class, bring a water bottle and, where available, a suitable laptop (a WeePrep laptop can be requested at registration). Detailed orientation and preparation information is shared after admission is confirmed.
