Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website and register for WeePrep programmes.
Version 2.0 · Last updated 22 July 2026
By using this website and registering a learner for a WeePrep programme, you agree to these terms. They should be read together with our privacy policy.
1. Eligibility and age-based placement
Programmes are designed for the age ranges published for each programme or track. Learners are placed in the track that matches their age and stage; changes between tracks are subject to age suitability and available space. WeePrep may decline or adjust a placement where a published age range does not fit.
2. Registration and confirmation of places
Registration is completed by a parent or guardian through the online registration form. On submission you receive a registration reference. Submission of the form does not by itself confirm a place: WeePrep Admissions will contact you with availability and payment instructions, and a place becomes confirmed only after the required payment has been received and an official confirmation has been issued by WeePrep.
3. Fees, payment and early-bird pricing
Fees are as published for each programme or track. Early-bird pricing applies when registration and payment are completed by the published early-bird deadline (31 July 2026 for the Summer Tech & AI Classes 2026); standard fees apply afterwards. WeePrep provides payment instructions only through its official admissions channels. Always request an official receipt, and do not make payment to an unauthorised personal account.
4. Cancellations and refunds
A parent or guardian who wishes to cancel must notify WeePrep in writing by email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation at least seven calendar days before classes begin: full refund.
- Cancellation between three and six calendar days before classes begin: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before classes begin or after the programme has started: fees are generally non-refundable.
- Where a learner cannot attend because of a documented medical emergency, management may consider a transfer, credit or partial refund based on the circumstances.
- If WeePrep cancels a programme or track, the parent may choose a full refund or an approved transfer.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original or verified payment channel within a reasonable administrative period.
5. Programme changes
WeePrep may adjust a timetable, facilitator, room or learning activity where reasonably necessary, provided that the programme's core learning purpose is maintained. Parents will be informed of material changes.
6. Laptops and equipment
Learners are encouraged to bring a suitable laptop where available. A limited number of WeePrep laptops may be allocated for use during class at no additional cost; a laptop request must be made during registration and is subject to confirmation and availability. WeePrep laptops remain on the premises and may not be taken home.
Learners must use WeePrep equipment responsibly. Parents may be contacted where deliberate misuse or avoidable damage occurs. Any responsibility for replacement or repair will be considered fairly based on the circumstances and will not be imposed automatically.
7. Learner conduct
WeePrep maintains a respectful, supervised learning environment. Learners are expected to treat facilitators, other learners and equipment with respect, and to follow reasonable instructions. Where conduct concerns arise, parents will be contacted and WeePrep may adjust arrangements to protect the learning experience of all learners.
8. Attendance and certificates
A learner must attend at least 80% of scheduled classes and complete the required core activities and final project to receive a Certificate of Completion.
9. Safety, arrival and collection
Arrival and departure are supervised, with sign-in and sign-out. Learners are released only to persons the parent or guardian has authorised. Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency contact and authorised collection information during admission confirmation, and should ensure learners arrive at least 15 minutes before their class begins.
10. Photography and media
Photography consent is optional and never assumed. Where a parent or guardian has given consent, photographs or video of the learner may be used by WeePrep to represent its work; consent may be withdrawn at any time as described in the privacy policy.
11. Learner work and intellectual property
Projects a learner creates belong to the learner. By taking part, families permit WeePrep to display learner projects within the programme (for example at the final showcase); any use beyond the programme is covered by the optional photography and media consent.
12. Personal devices and belongings
Learners who bring their own laptop or other belongings remain responsible for them. WeePrep takes reasonable care but does not accept responsibility for loss of or accidental damage to personal devices, except where caused by WeePrep's own negligence.
13. Accurate information
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration, contact, emergency and collection information, and for keeping it up to date during the programme.
14. Website use
