Our Learning Team and Teaching Standards
WeePrep prioritises strong subject understanding, teaching ability, patience, clear communication and a genuine commitment to learner development.

Selected for more than subject familiarity
WeePrep facilitators are selected for the qualities that make learning work for young people — not just what they know, but how well they can teach it, and how they treat the learners in their care.
Our facilitators are selected for:
- Strong subject knowledge
- Ability to explain concepts clearly
- Patience
- Age-appropriate communication
- Practical teaching ability
- Respect for learners
- Commitment to responsible technology use
- Compliance with WeePrep programme expectations
