Learning quality

Selected for more than subject familiarity

WeePrep facilitators are selected for the qualities that make learning work for young people — not just what they know, but how well they can teach it, and how they treat the learners in their care.

Our facilitators are selected for:

  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Patience
  • Age-appropriate communication
  • Practical teaching ability
  • Respect for learners
  • Commitment to responsible technology use
  • Compliance with WeePrep programme expectations
How we select facilitators

Our selection process

Application & screening

Every prospective facilitator is screened against clear expectations before joining a programme.

Subject & teaching review

We look for both subject understanding and the ability to explain it clearly to young learners.

Conduct expectations

Facilitators agree to WeePrep's respectful-conduct and learner-wellbeing expectations.

Ongoing development

Facilitators continue to develop their practice through feedback and professional learning.
